Sheepish

Got my new Canon 28-90mm lens today. It's quite nice, not brilliant, but okay. I expected that from the price.

Went outside to test it, found some sheep.

I was stood on the boundary between two open fields when I took this photo. This lamb started bleating like crazy and it was staring at me. In the other field, another sheep (whom I assume is this lamb's mother) was bleating even louder, with such turmoil in her voice! It was crazy.

I turned my camera to video mode to film this encounter but wanted to make sure I moved put of their way pretty quickly. I filmed their reunion (i'll probably upload it and post the link in tomorrows blip). It was quite lovely.

Nothing much ever seems to happen when I go out and take pictures. This was quite an eventful photography outing.
