Yay, sushi!

With a little help from my daughter, I made sushi for the 1st time today.

Tuna nigiri, prawn nigiri, smoked salmon & spring onion maki, cucumber maki, tuna sashimi. Obviously it's not as good as professionally prepared sushi, but it tastes mighty good!

Konban, sushi o tabemasu! (I think that's correct.....)
