John Miller (1931 - 2002)

The bit of beach I have been walking on / blipping for the last few days is where the artist John Miller had a summer house. Quite a few of his more famous works were painted here so for a bit of fun I tried to take a photo that was as close as I could get it to something he might have painted.

This was taken about 400 yards from his old studio at low tide and shows the inlet to Hayle harbour and the navigation poles marking the deeper water. (Its clearer if you go large)

It was a nice walk too but I seem to have accidentally stolen 2 Shoefulls of beach.
