When did they change the flags?

Looked out the window and spotted the flags on top of the EICC had been changed. Not sure when they changed them but as I took a couple of pix this morning and they were still the solid colour ones I'm guessing they changed these when I was far too busy working to look out the window :-P

Road trip started today with a 369 mile drive to Bristol for the first leg of my trip. Sat Nav said 6 hours and it was actually right for once - although maybe I should have had a couple of leg stretch breaks....
