I'd love to be in London for a really big occasion like today's. It doesn't matter whether or not you are a Royalist, it's been a massive boost to the tourist economy. Nowhere does 'pomp and ceremony' like the Brits do! I can't remember the exact quote or who said it, but history really is "alive and well and living in London".
