I was unsure as to:

a) how many council workers it took to hold a ladder up a signpost
b) how many council workers it took to erect a piece of bunting

I am now fully aware of the answer to both questions:

a) 3
b) 4

I can confirm that a clipboard was unharmed in the erecting of this bunting.

Am now getting slightly, secretly excited about tomorrow...
