Who needs £7 billion worth of new aircraft carriers when you could cause as much destruction with a few squadron of these birds?

This one was ripping his way through a neighbour's dustbin bag to get at the food waste inside. Brazen as anything, it would lift into the air if I went too close, circle round and land back where it started.

However, I do admire their size and ease of flight, the wonderful feathers, their strength and their beady eye that can spot a discarded chip from way off.
