Porty snug

I came home from Oz to find this had appeared in the garden nextdoor in my absence. My neighbours tell me it's a garden hut/pub, and that they called Edinburgh City Council's planners to explain it was a 'moveable' structure and confirm they didn't need planning permission. It has a toilet inside - how does one move that?? Anyway, they also decided to higher the lovely old listed garden wall by at least 2 feet using breeze blocks. At least they're grey I suppose... I have also been told they have soundproofed it and that they won't be keeping me awake. Why am I worried?
