today's job

This was my job for the afternoon, to "deadhead" the daffodils in a yard overlooking the river on a magical day like today. Can't complain!

The property belongs to a friend of my mother in-law. The daffodils stretched on further than I had first thought and were a lovely sight. I was appreciative to have a good reason to be outside in the sunshine, but hey, who needs a good reason for that!
