Molokai Cliffs

Our flight from Maui to Oahu left at the perfect time for aerial photography. Our pilot of the eight seat plane even took us around the north shore of Molokai so we could view the famous sea cliffs. These cliffs are the tallest in the world, rising 2,000 feet above the surrounding seas. They are spectacular from the air and we got to see them for the price of a regular inter-island ticket. Well, my wife and daughter (who took this photo) got to see them best because they were on the correct side of the plane, while I was on the opposite side with a view of the ocean. I couldn't even jump seats as we had been weighed upon takeoff and were positioned to balance the plane in flight.
