Dry

A first ever fish on a dry fly. A rudd from the canal, looking very fat and healthy. managed 6 or 7 but this was the biggest at half a pound or so. An interesting challenge trying to land a bit of fur and feather lightly enough and at just the right distance for the fish to notice it but not get scared off.
