Turning in His Grave.

Drove into Edinburgh to meet Liz for a meal and dancing class.
Across the road from her office, the remains of this church are being converted into flats and commercial units.
I thought the architecture was still very majestic, but was saddened by the banners attached to the facade - ' Lead us into Temptation ' , and ' Divine Renovations '.
I wondered what the original architect and masons would have made of it all.
And what of any members of the church who might still be seeing what is happening to it?
