the long walk home

After a long surf the long walk up the beach to the car park can be a bit of a drag, that probably why they spend so long in the water.

Work was quite busy today, getting all advertising TVs in the walls and windows to be able to display the Royal Wedding in HD for Friday. It was long hot, complicated and sweaty but ultimately successfully. I hope people appreciate how much work went into it !.

When we got home, we went for a walk in the nature reserve in the old sand quarry at Gwithian but it wasn't too interesting, just a couple of shelducks and some black back gulls. So we carried on the the beach and had a walk along the dunes. There was a light mist in the air but the low sun made for great reflections in the wet sand. I picked this one as I like the tiny figure all alone against the huge lighthouse.
