Guess who got wet

I never learn; it happens again and again. I go out walking or cycling and it already looks like rain.
What do I do? I think I can outsmart the weather. No umbrella, no hooded rainjacket.

Out walking today. Got wet.
Spent some time under a nearby Autobahn bridge. Again.

Good I'm not made of sugar.
