The Old Bridge

This is the Old Bridge crossing the River Forth in Stirling, Scotland. Built c1550 and still functions today as a pedestrian bridge over the river.

There was a warmth to the old stonework in the early morning sunshine with a low-tide river also calm and good for reflecting the bridge structure.
