Sticky Gordy

Gordon demonstrating the "sticky willie" sticks to hair as well as clothes. I spent most of the day with Katie because her nursery was closed whilst the kitchen is refurbished and the boys were at school. We had a lovely day including going to the train station and buying a big stack of tickets for our Arran trip - only 2 big sleeps! I've decided to take the bikes so we had to book them on as well. Then we went to the supermarket, the park and the harbour for a mooch around before heading home for lunch.

Gordon came out of school with his glasses in an envelope because a screw had fallen out, so we whizzed back along to Dunbar to get them fixed. As usual the lovely receptionist repaired them and cleaned them right away, free of charge.

Then after packing the bike trailer with tents and sleeping mats, and stuffing a couple of panniers with sleeping bags, we had another barbie. Malcolm started chucking these sticky weeds around and Gordon plonked them on his head. Hold that pose!

This is the first blip from the Nikon L23 I bought Duncan for his birthday. For a bit over £50 I think it's pretty good. It seems to have a tendency to over-expose so I've set it down 1EV. That's the camera for Arran, plus Hipstamatic on the iPhone, so we'll see what we end up with.
