2011 Challenge : Trees

I quite like this in black and white, to bring out all the details of the roots growing around this old tree. It's been quite a while since I last converted anything into b/w. Worth taking a look at a beep in the forest for much better images, particularly their "lensbaby Thursdays" entries which I always enjoy.

Off out for dinner this evening, to celebrate with friends who have recently celebrated 65th and 80th birthdays. I had better go and brush up ....
