Day 3 in Paradise

Drive through the wonderfully wild unspoilt countryside of Datca peninsula. This time of year the spring flowers are truly wonderful and don't the bees just know it as there is abundant honey to be had from the small village shops along the way.

This afternoon was spent in Palamut Buku such a chilled place with a few pansiyons and fish restaurants dotted along the sleepy bay. The sea is a glorious turquoise, the beer is golden and, as you can see, the Raki is a milky cloudy colour a bit like the couple of clouds that dared to spoil the late spring sky. Aaah heaven is an afternoon on the beach at Palamut Buku.
