Down by the Boardwalk...

It's not all sun and sand here on Xiamen's beaches. There's constant flow of giant container ships and tankers doting the horizon, and litter seems to wash of on shore more than sea shells. With that said, once you lay on the sand, close your eyes and tune into the lapping waves it is definitely a true beach experience.
