Don't go chasing waterfalls

This is Steall Waterfall - the second highest waterfall in Britain. It's at the end of the road that goes past the Ben Nevis Youth Hostel - and a half hour walk down a path that I was a little bit scared of - I don't do well with heights! I got persuaded to continue, and I'm glad I did, it's such a gorgeous waterfall. To get to the edge of it, you either need to cross a wire bridge - which I declined to do and took my boots off, strung them round my neck and crossed the river barefoot. Needless to say, the water was freezing - my toes went numb and by the time I got to the other side I couldn't feel my feet! Absolutely stunning though - worth it!
