Wild Garlic Flower

This wild garlic has started flowering. Flowers can be used in salads as they look very nice. If you look inside the flower you can see some small green balls which are the seeds. When the flower dies away, the seeds stick out above the plant and fall down when the plant dies. That's why you always see large patches of the wild garlic as it spreads itself so well. This year I will take some seeds and introduce wild garlic to the herb garden at work.
