A room with a view

1. Up late and strawberries for breakfast. We bring our things to the kitchen table. This is the view that I spend most of the day looking at. It changes all the time, the clouds roll in and over and the blossoms mark the way to the motorway and the hills beyond.

2. We plant some flowers, and I nip out for some lunch.

3. We eat pastrami baguttes and carry on - one reading one writing

4. We make scones and have a proper cream tea during Doctor Who. We nip to the supermarket and get the supplies for tomorrows lunch and start roasting the pork joint - five hours.

5. I have a bath and we sit, one writing, one reading until the pork starts to crackle.
