Bluebells

Today's the day .................... for a walk in the wood

A walk in a bluebell wood at this time of the year is a wondrous experience. There's a sort of luminous purple-blue haze stretching through the trees - even more vivid when the sun's rays manage to come through the new leaves that are just opening.

In another week or so, the wild garlic will be out in the same woods and then there will be a carpet of white everywhere - and the smell to go with it! Sounds like another blip opportunity to me ................
