More ice-cream eating!

Me and Izzy had a wonderful day planned , we were planning on going to Blemheim Palace to meet peppa pig, George and Ben and Holly (of little kingdom!) We had even packed our bag and picnic last night, but as with toddlers it doesn't always go to plan!

Izzy woke up this morning and declared her belly was hurting and that she needed a poo (she has chronic constispation) so I knew we wouldn't go anywhere, as she won't sit down when she "feels the need!" It took the poor kid 3 and half hours to do that poo :( I really could cry with her. It makes her so unhappy and lethargic :(

So anyway we went shopping instead, which she loves. Izzy has her own trolley and I give her a shopping list (with pictures on) and she is always so well behaved and collects her little list! I just love all the cute comments she gets when she is being so well behaved! We then went for a splash in the stream and then to the park and a little treat for being a good girl (which got thrown on the floor beacuse "choclate is yucky!"

Any advice re constispation? We have done things like changing to soya milk, she always eats plenty of friut and veg, she has wholemeal bread, wholemeal cereals. She doesn't drink loads but does have a sufficent amount. She has has been on lactouse, movicol and i've been trying prune juice! Another trip to the doctors I think as he has said to hold off on potty trainig until this is sorted!
