Was out helping deliver sone leaflets this morning.

Slimming world turned my whole world around last year, I lost 4 1/2 stone on it, and loved it. AND I have managed to keep the weight off for nearly a year now.

Most people will probably have just filed the leaflets that dropped through their door earlier in the recycling bin, but.... if just one person sees it, and goes along to a group, and makes a difference to their life, then surely it's all worth it...!
