Treen beach east from Porthcurno reveals sandbanks and pools of azure water as the tide goes out.

A stunning day and we felt privilege to be experiencing a little bit of paradise. Cycled to Penborth Cove where we found a wayside table with Easter cakes - Simnel and Paradise and chocolate nests. Walked the cliff path with picnic lunch at Logan Rock and then a scramble down to the beach to swim and snooze and be entertained by the antics of naturists.

A walk and cycle back to Sennen with sightings of some of the first Swallows we've seen this year.

I've sunburned my legs. Ah bliss!
