Good Friday

It was a very good Friday today. The weather was glorious which was perfect for my friend C's wedding day. Following another quick trip to the shops to see if I could find any better shoes for the "do", we played out in the garden with H for a while. We had a picnic in the garden, and then put on her new bubble machine which we had bought as an Easter present. She was squealing with delight at the "bu-bose" and chased them around the garden.

Later on, my parents arrived to look after H whilst hubby and I headed to the wedding. It was in The Caves in Edinburgh, which was a very interesting venue. Lots of nooks and crannies. The bride looked lovely, dressed in an unconventional purple dress, and the DJ played Motorhead and Rage Against The Machine amongst other interesting choices. All in all it was a very good night!
