New Addition

I decided I needed to get a compact camera. Lugging the EOS around and wearing it has become tiring. I had neck problems last week and I am sure it had something to do with wearing my camera for almost 9 days solid while I was on vacation. So I am now sporting a new Canon IXUS960IS. It should be fun to go back to a compact for a while.. Just take the EOS out on day trips and vacations.

On the way home in the taxi, I decided I wanted to blip a pic of all my current camera stuff. I have always wanted to do that but have never been able to do it because you can't take a picture of the camera you are taking a picture with. I set everything up and took about 30 pics and they were all awful. I am not very good at taking 'set' pictures. Then I thought to myself... "Self... why not take a pic of the NEW cam?" and so I did. Here it is.. all shiny and new sitting inside the lens hood of my 400mm zoom lens.

At least something of my current gear made it onto blip.
