Bembridge Saline Lagoon and Brading Marsh

This was the destination of today's treck!

The original plan was to avoid the busy bank holiday beaches and walk through the fields by Bembridge Windmill, but due to a herd of rather overbearing Bullocks Alice and i were scared off!

Hightailed it back to the road and changed our route to down through the Lynchens wood to the harbour and back up via this path.

I've actually never walked along there before, lots of wild foul making peaceful noises. You can (almost) forget you're just meters away from the sailing club. give me birds over boats anyday!
