Lazy morning as the kids were at my folks followed by a nervy and not particularly good game of football. After that we took the boys out on the bikes. Callum has just about mastered the use of his gears and after five miles was as fresh as a daisy, look like we'll be needing some bigger runs for him, he also managed 17 mph on the flat which is OK for a wee boy on a heavy bike.

Out with a the family for my Mums birthday and then I think I'll collapse on the sofa and indulge in some Green and Blacks. Been a cracking weekend, if only Samaras had slotted that penalty.....
