Spring Evening in West Sussex

I decided to have a day off from all forms of work today so I slept in, then had a lovely lunch and afternoon with a friend, and popped in to see my parents for tea and hot cross buns. Another day of wonderful weather :o).

Meanwhile over in Germany, it turns out that the "interesting :(" evening was an alcoholic one that the dads indulged in after the kids had gone to bed, resulting in hangovers all round. Needless to say, no sympathy from me. I spoke to the boys earlier and they're having a fantastic time, going to lots of great places and being brilliantly looked after by their hosts. Tomorrow afternoon it's the highlight of the trip: the England vs Germany football tournament!
