Making traditional Carelian Pies

Mrs Akkuv and daughter Akkuv baked hundred pieces of the traditional Carelian Pies. The heart of the pie is of rise. I had to mix one hour the boiling rise so that it had not burnt. It was a very hot work in front of the hot stove. The one on the left is just formed and the others are waiting similar treatment.
