American Black Oystercatchers

As I mentioned in my backblip of yesterday, we were on a camping trip at Point Reyes National Seashore. We often see these oystercatchers out on the rocks, but this is the first time I was able to capture them so close and on the shore. Normally it's hard to see more than their red beaks.
