the little monster

Well here we have a pic of Reuben after his short back and sides.............he goes to a lovely little pooch salon called "hair of the dog" in Leigh, who makes him smell and look gorjusssssssss.............
I am such a happy bunny, the last time Reu had his first salon experience, was some months ago, never having a dog before, i never realised having your hair done and nails, would be such a ordeal for him, as for me, it sounds like the prefect day out.........
The first time, he took to his bed after returning with his restyle......there he stayed, not interested in food or water, even the rustle of the doggie treat cuboared did not get him jumping up and down like a jack in the box, This went on for several days, until i could not stand it any more, and off we went to the Vet's........this continued for nearly a week, much money lighter, all checks done ,including blood........and no, all was good, just a sensitive little soul, who was not a happy boy........dohhhhhh
Today, he seemed to know, that we were going, usually when i get that lead out, his is up for it, no, today, he went into his crate, as if bed time, eventually after much blackmail, i got him out and off we went, but he knew where he was going..............any way, he is home, and not retiring to bed early, obviously the second visit helped.......and hopefully long term he will get used to them..........what a handsome little boy he is.......
