RAY MEARS EAT YOUR HEART OUT!

I just can't believe this weather ... we've had a good week of sunshine ... it's unheard of here, the weather is never this consistent! Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, it's blooming glorious!

We've had a lovely day over at a friends for a bbq! The kids played in the pool & we sat around chatting and having a giggle. We were even treated to some fire making techniques courtesy of Ray Mears, ok so not actually Ray Mears, but close enough! A friend went on a 'Ray Mears' Experience & one of the many survival techniques he was taught this was one! He was incredibly under pressure as the beer was flowing and the taunts were getting louder but he got there in the end & we all sat snuggly round a fire talking about our camping plans next week EEEEK! Anyway I'm not sure I could've said Ray Mears any more in one sentence!

Here is little K fresh from the swimming pool ... if you look closely you'll see his purple lips! Miss F was smart & wiggled her toe in first before realising it was too cold!

Big K is off in Holland, i'm missing him terribly! I'm not sure why it is but it's generally the way ... you miss them like mad when they're away yet they wind you up a treat when they're home!
