Leftovers...

When I found out that Bjorn was coming home from Iraq for 2 weeks, the first thing he asked was if I would make my specialty "baked macaroni and cheese with sausage"... It is the epitome of comfort food... How could I say no? So, for our party on Saturday, I mad a big pan full of Bjorn's favorite meal!

Tonight, Nick and Bjorn went to Amok! (that's the name of the knife fighting class he takes) and left me to my own devices... I was terribly bored and not feeling like cooking... Turned out class was cancelled, so Nick heated up some mac and cheese and we just vegged out for the rest of the evening...

Lo and behold, Nick found my transfer cable (which I apparently had misplaced when I blipped after a few too many beverages on Saturday... oops!)

Sorry I haven't commented, but I will be back to commenting tomorrow, I swear! :)

Assignment for this week is going to be to get some pics of Bjorn... He'll be heading back to Iraq for another 6 months on the 6th, so I need to capture as much of him as I can while he's here! It should give me an opportunity to practice portraits...
