working from home

There are some professions which don't usually work from home for very good reason.....however when the sun in shining and you only have one in-patient to look after its much easier to rig up a mini hospital on the terrace. Yes that is a bag of intravenous fluids hanging from the bird table. I would call it resourceful.

I may end up keeping this little one.....another reason I have brought her home.
