Definitely a Good Friday

As I'm the only member of the household off work / school today, I have had the rarest of days - one where I can do whatsoever I please!

I started off with a swim, and managed a new personal best of 1km non-stop swimming. After a pause to allow my arms to regain feeling, and my lungs to tuck themselves safely back where they belonged, back home to do some chores.

After lunch, I took the mutt out to Monifieth beach, to enjoy the sunshine and gentle breeze. He's only 11 months old, and still an amazing bundle of energy. We played fetch for quite some time - he's an amazing retriever.

Anyway, I hope this captures some of his personality.
