NOT SO GOOD FRIDAY HERE.

Everyone was safe and we saved the rest of the house.

Although another two minutes and the hole house would have been gone.
The fire started to the right in the back of this cavity, flames were flicking across the ceiling when I got in there.
The heat was that intense that the window had broken, the PC's monitor has melted and deformed, and the edge of the desk had started to burn purely from radiated heat.

The silver thing is sizilation ( a foil barrier against moister and weather, fixed to the outside of the house frame in the wall), we remove some of the plaster to make sure that the wall cavities aren't allowing the fire to move to another area unknowingly. As you can see it was about to, with some of the sizilation blackened.
Not in the picture is the light fitting that has drooped from the roof, due to heat.
