Captured Bats

The bats outside at the back of our little house come out at dusk every night. It is a wonderful sight and tonight it was warm enough for the girls to stand on the decking and watch them flitter about.

Lily was burning her tea (again!) hence the smoke adding that gothic look when I actually managed to grab a photo of the bats, one big and one small (girls have decided they are a mum and babe)

It has made me more determined to get some furniture out there and some nice lights - so me and the girls can watch our new friends on long summer evenings.
