The ugliest building in Aberdeen?

This is one of the main Council offices in Aberdeen. Also one of the biggest eyesores in the city centre. I stand staring at it every evening whilst waiting for my bus home to arrive.

No wonder they sound so depressed when you have to phone them about anything...
