English or Spanish?

I think these are English bluebells in the flowerbed at the end of my street, am I right?

We were looking at some others near work today and decided they must be Spanish because the flowerheads went all round the stem, whereas these hang to one side.

Lovely calm evening, the bowling greens are full and plenty of people were out for a stroll.
