Snake in the grass!

its not everyday your nephew finds a snake in your garden... picture doesnt do it justice as its huge! and just eaten a bird lol... crazy.. still waiting for the RSPCA but all signs point towards it being a baby python! if anybody can confirm this i would be extremely grateful.
