Green Fingers???

As many of my friends (you know who you are!) can confirm, I'm the kiss of death to anything in the plant kingdom. Indoor plants, outdoor plants, hedges, trees, rose bushes, veggies, you name it, I've pretty much killed it!

However, not one to be put off by my lack of Percy Thrower instincts, I have decided to grow my own basil, chives and parsley. Things didn't start well when the kit manufacturers failed to include the seeds in the "everything you need to grow herbs" kit! After receiving the said seeds, I have dutifully followed the instructions and the pots are now sitting on my kitchen windowsill.

I hope to see some green shoots in a couple of weeks or so. If not, I'll just give up completely and admit defeat in the pursuit of horticultural activities!
