Saucy Mary

Today on Skye foul foul weather . . and seven seconds of sunshine.
Saucy Mary was King Haakens 'wife' and she demanded money with menaces from any boat that wanted to go through the strait (Kyle). Later Saucys decendents tried taking money from people wanting to cross OVER the strait. The bridge tolls have now been scrapped. It is perfectly safe to visit. No more menaces. Unless you count Mad Danny (scary but harmless unless sober - never been known in that state though).
