Guilty pleasures...or just desserts?

I did some shopping today and this jumped out at me at the checkout. (What do they say about kids and sweets at the checkouts???)
I can't remember the last time I ate one of these, let alone saw one in a shop, so I bought it and ate it while stuck in a taffic jam on the way home...it wasn't anything like as nice as I remember them being as a kid, and made me feel quite sickly afterwards.
There has to be a lesson learnt here!


Yes, it does say 169 calories on the front!
