Captain's Logbook

Ragamuffins

Lovely sunny day today. I hope you all had the same fantastic weather.

A reasonably busy day chasing around North London. One thing though - what is going on with the roads.

Hitchin has roads dug up, the Hatfield tunnel on the A1 is still being repaired, the M1 has had a fire, a massive accident closed the A41. Traffic, traffic, traffic. I tried to get on the road home before the congestion really built up but I failed. The M1 was grinding to a halt and there were huge queues into Harpenden. So I made a detour to see my mate Mark and his family. We took the dogs for a walk in the nearby fields.

It was a lovely warm evening and really great to be out in the open air. I have seen other blips of poodles, and they do look as though they have gone completely insane when they are running. Taking pictures of moving animals is quite difficult I have discovered. I think I need more practise.

These two dogs (Merlin and Aero) are brother and sister. I wanted to catch a bit of their mischievous fun and playful energy. I will try again for the mad look at a later date.

Hope you all had a nice day.
