Race day support

I had a lot of ideas for today's picture- my bib, my medal, my time on the computer screen..,but instead I chose the race day support team. The team that makes months of training all worth it! This is my parents and husband. They are the best. They go to Expos, they deal with some tense pre-race moments, they stand in the cold and wait for me, they carbo load, and they always make me smile at a post-race happy hour. It was so much fun to see them today. I have done 5 marathons and it wasn't sine my 2nd that I saw someone cheering for me at the finish. It was the best thing ever to see them in the final stretch today. It was a personal best and there are no 3 other people I would rather share it with. Thanks team!
