calling for attention

Quite busy day at work which for once I didn't mind for it went by rather quickly. Now we have to wait for the client's feedback. No way to tell if they will like our ideas and designs or whether we have to start from scratch. Needless to say I hope they will like it so that we can go forward with one of the presented options.

Today also was my colleague's last day at work. We went out for a drink, me being late. I am always surprised by how long even the simplest tasks such as saving jpgs for a presentation can take. You think you're done, you check the images and find a mistake or something that doesn't line up. So you start pretty much all over again, trying to find out and fix what's causing the elements to jump. Once you're done you go through it all again, wondering whether it makes sense to someone who doesn't know the ideas behind the designs only to find out that you can improve a thing here or there. And yet again .. back to improving those issues. One and a half hours later you finally hit the "save" button for the last time, hoping you didn't forget anything else.
