Before

Took this at about 5 past midnight about 8 hours before the food poisoning kicked in. Spent the day with a stomach bloated to twice the size of normal, sick feeling and no sign of movement in any direction. Hot and cold with a raging temperature and then to top it all off my laptop went kaput, won't even start up which means that my presentations for the training day on Tuesday are gone.

Not even the excellent Grand Prix can lift my mood.
